★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called in and a lady answered the phone, she sounded like she just finished smoking 3 packs of cigarettes, the way she answered the phone was extremely rude in itself! I asked if she does nail trimmings, she asked what breed and when I replied bully breeds she very rudely stated “I don’t do those dogs” ……… Breed discrimination at its finest, anyone who works with animals knows what breeds are more reactive and it’s usually NOT Bully’s……. Boycott this business, she is extremely rude and doesn’t deserve it!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend brought her dog here for a trim and ended up with a completely shaved dog nothing like the pictures she sent as what she wanted, if you make a mistake own up to it, don’t completely pretend you did nothing wrong I will never be bring my pets here and nor will any of my family

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked her to cut my dogs hair to about an inch. She COMPLETELY SHAVED my dog, but her head. She looks ridiculous. You are not supposed to shave my type of dog as it is very bad for their skin. With 38 years of experience I thought she would know this. This lady was so unbelievably unprofessional and when I said I did not like what I got, she called me a whiny baby. Will never take my dog here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to book in two dogs in for nail trimming. She asked what breed the dogs were, when I responded that they were bully’s she replied that she doesn’t discriminate against dogs but will pass because they are strong dogs… pardon me? So if you don’t discriminate on bully breeds will you happily treat a sheppard, Bernie, malimu, or Newfie’s? What about labs and retrievers? Doesn’t discriminate about dogs, sureeee. If she was actually a reputable and competent dog groomer she would be able to take care of whatever fur baby is in front of her. If your afraid of a bite from a teddy bear if a dog put a mussel on them… after reading these reviews of this trash business I’m grateful my babes where not in her care, I wouldn’t put it past her to cut them bleeding which I why I wanted a professional verses doing it myself but this woman and this business is anything but professional. Good riddance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely shaved my friends dog when that was not what was asked for (also unhealthy) continued to call her a “whiney baby” when other things were pointed out (nails barely trimmed). Unprofessional and rude. Do not give her your business unless you want someone to do whatever they please with your dog. Looked at other reviews and this is not the first time this has happened. Be aware.
