★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly service. Clean rooms. Decent continental breakfast with hot food. Decent pool, but disappointed that hot tub was out of order. Had a relaxing stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today our visit was to photograph a new bride amd her maids of honour getting ready for the big event. The hotel was nice and clean amd the elevator busy with guest coming amd going. The room the bride was in had a side room also. Now for 12 people it was a little cramped. Note that not all were staying in the room but doing hair and makup etc. No issues and the admktting staff were quite friendly and helpfull. This goes with out other experiences stating at days in hotels over the hears across alberta. Bc et . There is also an eating area but i didnt use it as i wasnt a guest but people were kn and out of there a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owners of the hotel are so friendly, and genuinely kind. They take suggestions into account, and really make you feel at home here!! I stay here at least once a month, and would recommend this hotel to anyone stopping by Innisfail.
