★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been tanning here for a while, about 2 years and there recently has been a change in staff. A tall thin male, with gray hair and often wears glasses has been extremely rude to me on multiple occasions. Every time i’ve gone in while he’s working he makes the total experience from start to finish a complete disaster. Every time I say hello how are you doing and try to be friendly he responds in a very short and condescending way, and makes me feel like I don’t want to be in the store. Definitely going to be the last time my partner and I buy a points package.
