She added the right accessories to the dress I picked to make it pop! The price was so good, I ended up getting TWO dresses, one for the ceremony and another for the reception! Plus all three of my brides maids found their dresses as well, it was like fairy magic was sprinkled on us when we walked in! Everything was perfect! Thank you to the staff, especially Rachel :)

c	c f on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first experience at here was okay, got help, got a dress. My next experience here...was horrible. Got a dress off the rack, I was only getting it because my consultant (who was a manager) and seamstress assured me they could fix the dress to what I wanted and paid for the alterations before they started. Went back for my fitting, they had not done all of the work they were supposed to, I tried to explain to the seamstress that the job on my dress was not complete, she told me I was wrong, that what I wanted couldn't be done and that she never said she would fix it (when my mom and three bridesmaids were there when I got my dress and were present for the whole thing). When I kept trying to tell her that she said she would fix it, she ignored me, walked away and refused to talk to me. The seamstress manager had to end up helping me, she pinned what I thought was going to fixed originally and what I had paid for and then made me pay more for that alteration. I called the manager, they refunded me the money I paid the second time (they should not have made me pay), but after that experience, I couldn't even look at that dress. Yes, I got some money back from the alterations, but that doesn't fix the horrible feeling I was left with when it comes to my dress. I was in tears during most of that alteration. As a bride, you don't want any feeling other than happy when you look at your dress, I completely lost that. I will be selling it, because I can't return it and find another dress at a different store. I will not be coming back to David's Bridal.

Went in to buy a bridesmaid dress and ended up buying a second dress (not even sure where I will wear it yet) because it was so affordable and gorgeous!! The staff were incredibly sweet and patient and I loved how they found dresses for me that I may not have otherwise considered. Again, very affordable and lots of choices/sizes. Thank you for making our day so fantastic! We will be back for sure come Graduation!

We looked around for a bit, then this wonderful stylist Daniella help me find the perfect bridesmaid dress. She helped me even though we were early and not sure if I should try stuff on then or at our appointment time, what a true show of good customer service! She was so much fun to be around and was super encouraging, helpful and knowledgable about the dresses and how they would fit. I honestly felt like we were best friends by the end of our appointment. Based on my experience with Daniella, I will FOR SURE buy all my fancy dresses at David's Bridal. Thank you Daniella foe helping me feel beautiful in your store!

I showed her some styles I liked, and she wound up finding my dream dress almost immediately! I knew immediately when I tried on my dress that it was the one. She also paired it with a PERFECT veil and hairpiece which I am so thrilled to have for my wedding day. I was anxious to start shopping, but Rosie made it effortless. I had to purchase a last minute dress for a gala and ✨️ Sydny ✨️ was extremely helpful! She was very observant in what dresses gave me confidence and what styles were most flattering. She had great picks for me to try on and when I found the dress I really liked, she helped me accessories it and I was able to walk out with everything in hand!!
