We watched diligently as properties popped up and we were toured around by various realtors that had properties listed for sale. David Doyle was one of those realtors and when we met him, we had a good feeling that he understood what our ideal property would look like. He was a patient man and easy to deal with! Alas we found the property that suited our wants and needs. His guidance on pricing the property, making an offer below ask (an offer that was accepted) and his recommendation to move quickly as these properties were selling fast landed us the perfect property. He responded to my numerous questions by text or phone in a timely manner, he was humorous, personable and always professional.
