★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thought I'd give these guys a try, the more expensive wiper blades purchased only lasted 7 to 8 months. More disappointing was the Premium car Battery i bought ($300). The one i was sold had been sitting on the shelf a little over 2 years, i asked to have a New one ordered which took 10 days... to only find out it was deemed Dead and Unable to take and hold a charge. I was then forced to buy the 2 year old battery they had been sitting on. I believe this was their way of pushing/selling old merchandise. After waiting 10 days to find all this out i settled for the Old Battery as i couldn't be without a vehicle any longer. I really was hoping for a Better experience as i like to use the smaller local guys then having to shop at the Big Box stores.
The owner was decent enough to reply to this review and offered to replace the wiper blades free of charge. I didn't except this Very kind offer as i dont believe they sell a bad product on purpose. I do appreciate the generous offer and have decided to use them again as needed. This was very admirable and tells me they are a decent company who stands behind their products. My review has been adjusted accordingly.
