★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Daniels has been very good. The leasing agents were very nice and professional. Everything from expectations of tenants and them as landlord is laid out clearly and when we call/email them for any maintenance issues they respond quite promptly. In comparison with private landlords, Daniels is hands down much better: they respond quickly, have the resources to fix issues in their responsibility and act professionally. Leasing rates are priced according to market rates as well so they are reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at The Annex for 2 years and we had an amazing experience. The unit we got was fully renovated- new carpet, new flooring, new appliances, new paint etc. Great location, nice little community, best schools, lots of parks and what not. A lot of credit goes to Daniels staff for making our stay wonderful. All this time Kavita, Sharuti, Vanessa and other staff had been very helpful, prompt, professional, easily reachable. I can highly recommend Daniels to anyone. Every summer they have some new project like roofing, new lighting, new fencing etc without disturbing the residents. Kudos to Daniels and their staff for making the stay so wonderful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst viewing experience we’ve ever had . The agent, Witney, was so cold and improfessiona. She make us took our shoes off and she wouldn’t. Moreover, when my daughter wanted to see the house after my husband and I did , because she allowed only two people to go in, she was rushing my daughter asking her to hurry up because she had other customers after us to show them the house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to say overall daniels is a great company to rent from. With the help of Whitney and Amir, the support of Chris after we moved in, we found a place we love. There was some hiccups. But what company doesn't have them? We moved in and there was a minor leak and we couldn't figure out the heater or dish washer. They ordered us a new dishwasher really fast and sent a plumber to redo the lines in the basement. Is there flaws? Yes, but do feel assured they will step up to make sure that they get fixed. Whitney was kind and transparent through the whole process. Walking us through our questions and uncertainties to get in. Instead of getting upset when we submitted something the wrong way, she would work with us to correct the forms, and also why she needed them the way she did. ie, emergency contacts, how to enroll in our utilities, and the paperwork needed to submit to the other companies needed to ensure a comfortable living experience. Amir followed up with our paperwork. And Chris was able to be honest and open of what to expect in terms of repairs. and how to get the most out of our experience such as who to reach out to for what, how to maintain the unit, and set clear expectations of what can and cannot be done.
One thing is if you happen to get lucky and reach the the secretary of their location... don't be discouraged from this company ... reach out to someone else if you need support!
I would recommend this company to a family member or friend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently rented a townhouse at Pleasantview Walk. Whitney was a pleasure to deal with! 5 stars are for her! The paperwork was plentiful but I am very glad to know that they screen their tenants thoroughly so I won't be entering the same type of rental situation as I just left. We have not actually moved in yet but so far the place looks great and we are excited for the moving truck to arrive next week! Hoping this will be my "forever home"!
