★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I usually enjoy coming here for icecream. Today around 4pm on Wednesday the 1st, my family visited. There was no line up except for one girl who seemed to be visiting one of the workers. As my family decided what to order, the girl and the worker kept giving us dirty looks and when I looked at one of them, she was making a nasty face towards the other worker while nodding her head towards me. They kept laughing super loud while staring at us and were acting quite rude towards my family. I don’t understand why they were being unkind towards us, there was no one else in the shop and it was not a busy day. We left without buying anything because of the dirty looks and literal laughing out loud at us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff with a great selection of options. Unfortunately the quality of the ice cream was really sub par. My mother in law had something different and we both agreed it was lacking. She actually threw hers out and she never misses a chance to eat ice cream.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had 3 people touch my cone before receiving it.. no awareness for food handling in my opinion that’s the #1 importance when dealing with food.
More training should be in order or at least have a supervisor on hand at all times to enforce cleanliness

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 6 items, one of which being a gummy bear twister. It was filled with rock-hard chocolate (?) coated gummy bears, and very little ice cream. The gummy bears tasted waxy & stale, & were impossible to eat. My daughter took one bite & complained and was told she'd have to order & pay for something new. One of the other things was a cherry slush that tasted like pure syrup. The other items were just scoops of ice cream, so hard to mess those up.
