★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't have much issues with the quality of products it self l but I guess the service could be better. I was served a blizzard with icecream everywhere on. The cup outside....also the staff was not that friendly...(there were not rude or anything like that....just not friendly)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The young girl at the window didn't even acknowledge me except to quietly mumble the price. I had to ask for a tray for my 3 blizzards and 2 cones, and then all 3 blizzards weren't even turned upside down( apparently they are free next time if they aren't turned upside down). Before I could say anything she closed the window and turned her back. I think I'll go across town to the other Dairy Queen. The blizzards and cones were good, but staff left a bitter taste in my mouth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast and efficient. Not overly generous with the toppings but if you want a quick blizzard, they get it done fast. I suggest the one by Lansdown place of you want lots of toppings for no extra cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience, not only did they get my order wrong but when I called to explain their mistake, they blamed me and said there was nothing they could do about it. They also made my blizzard incorrectly, I ordered a strawberry cheesecake blizzard and the bottom half of it was plain vanilla ice cream- same with my mom's and sister's too. I love Dairy Queen but this particular branch and experience was awful. :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The supervisor here (Jo?) is UNBELIEVEABLY rude to both customers and EMPLOYEES??? She is apparently in charge which is ridiculous with her awful cuatomer service, and I have only ever been disappointed by her every single time I've come by. The rest of the staff has been wonderful and kind, (if a bit overworked/ understaffed!!) but this awful rude lady, I can't believe she's allowed to be in charge, she makes me never want to come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been to the Chemong DQ three tines in the past month. Banana splits each time. First time was great, second time had to ask for whipped cream but plenty of toppings. Tonight terrible. Had to ask again for whipped cream, commented on the lack of it and the young guy's response was "inflation." When we started eating it, wow. Not as much ice cream and hardly any toppings- very little chocolate sauce, a bit of strawberry sauce and no Strawberries, and little Pineapple. And an increase in price. Won't be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is legit the only bad review I've written. Me and my boyfriend used to go here for chicken strip baskets almost weekly. We order 6 pieces, but the last couple times we ordered, we got 4 strips each, a tiny portion of fries and no dips. I reached out to customer service over email, and never heard back, which was over two months ago. We haven't been back since, I'm hoping the situation can be fixed as I really used to enjoy their chicken strips, and I like their blizzards.
