Dairy Queen

Horible. Over the past 6 years of living 7 mins away me and my family have gotten food for take out often. Only half the time do we get good standard food. Today i checked 3 bathrooms for hot water to wash my hands. No hot water?? Are you for real? Also the fountin drink machine is warm no ice and no carbon. Had to ask for a drink from behind the counter. And when addressed the manager about the water there was no care at all. I am a red seal chef. I can tell you that this is just lazyness and negligence both on the managers staff and owner. I have had it. This is my families last visit by far.

When to the restaurant on Monday. Ordered 40.00 worth of food and it was a disaster. They forgot my drink. My blizzard looked like a milkshake. The potato skins were jammed into a fry container so all of the top part of the potato skins were at the bottom of the container. I took pictures and called in to complain and I was told that I could pick up my missing drink within 14 days. The girl that served me was the girl that took my call and she was rude and annoyed that I called to complain. I called again today asking to speak to the manager and it was the same girl. She told me that she is the manager. I told her about the order and said that I would be coming in. She said in the future I need to give notice that I'm coming in. I said this is notice. I went in 30mins later and showed her the pictures of the blizzard and potato skins. She said I will get those items after viewing the pictures. I put in an order for other food to go along with the order. They were very very slow.i was there for 27mins for a grilled chicken burger that was plastered with mayo and rotten lettuce. The burger was burned and so hard. It was a hard hockey puck. There were 2 workers making the skins which went in the microwave. No one was wearing gloves and the guy making the burger kept touching his face and then touching the food which he did several times. The place was dirty behind the counter. I asked about my blizzard and she told me it was already done but I didn't even tell her what kind no wanted so she had to make it again. It was not shown to me upside down as it would have been on the floor. She had mixed it for too long. There was 3 workers and it was clear that the staff were not trained. She didn't know what order was mine and which one was my daughters. Even I could tell the orders apart as there was a small gap between them. I have 2 years of experience working at tim Hortons and I was going to apply as there was a help wanted sign but there is no way I could handle the lack of pride and professionalism. It's covid era right now and going to eat there is almost a guarantee that you will get covid. What happened to the regulations that have been put in for all restaurants to follow???? Disgusting. Also the soft drink machine doesn't have any ice so the soft drinks are warm. I added the pictures I took to the gallery to show others what they can expect. I went on 2 different occasions so it's clearly not a one time problem and I also read the other reviews which were very bad. I wouldn't have cared about waiting almond 30mins for a simple order if the food would have been at least acceptable. They wouldn't want to hire me as none of these issues should have occurred.i worked graveyard shifts by myself at a very busy tim Hortons and on top of serving customers in person as well as drive thru I had to clean the entire restaurant and all of the ovens. Grills ect and stock up everything. I could dance circles around the dairy queen staff who struggled to do 2 orders in 30mins. Shameful

This particular location is pretty quick to get your ice cream to you in a still frozen condition. There is a very nice outside patio area. The inside is dated, but I don't think that really matters for this type of restaurant. The restaurant is always clean. We also get ice cream cakes from here and they always surprise us with how well they do the cake writing

This is the best dq location in town. This one guy works there and ALWAYS makes bomb Oreo cheesecake blizzards and doesn’t over blend them. Bless. Keep it up fam

Waited forever in the drive thru, then when I got my order it was incorrect. I paid EXTRA for extra toppings in my blizzard that I did not receive. And this has not been the first time. Not impressed. Not mention the staff weren’t the nicest.

I brought my 2 children, first ice cream of the season to celebrate. After waiting 5 minutes for anyone to come out of the back, I called, politely, I understand things happen. Scowling 'Hunter' seemed very put out an annoyed to have a customer. Remember teenagers... There are probably another 100 teenagers bringing in their resumes, looking for summer jobs like this. You have 2 things to do, serve ice-cream and be friendly.
