★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The last 3 times our family has gotten blizzards here they totally skimped on the topping and it was just plain vanilla ice cream at the bottom. Today we went again and specifically mention our disappointment our last visits and if they would please make sure they were made properly. Unfortunately all our blizzards AGAIN had barely any toppings and when my husband went in to inform them the “Supervisor” said that was the correct amount and wouldn’t do anything about it. They gave us 1/4 of the topping and totally not worth the price. NEVER going to this location again! Very poor customer service!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy with the service and pricing st dairy queen in Beaumont. A kids soft serve is 3 bucks? Come on it is 3/4 of a cup of soft serve. The lady taking the orders must have been new. She didnt understand a lot of the order. Someone had to come over and help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location has the worst customer service, they do not follow proper instructions- even after repeatedly explaining to them.
They never showed us the traditional blizzard being turned upside down.
Then they handed us 3 blizzards with no lids, and actually had the nerve to already stick the spoons inside the blizzards?
Also, the blizzards were not topped up like other locations... cheaped out.
Will not be returning to this location and do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is awesome DQ. It's quite a bit further away from me than a few other locations, but I always take the extra time to come here. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the service is quick, and the food is always hot and tasty. It's also very clean inside.
Every time for my friend's birthday I wrote something absurd or obnoxious on a cake and they always wilfully do it. They sometimes even take pictures of the cakes to show to friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for a birthday. After waiting for 5 minutes to be service, girl working was busy playing on phone & when we got her attention she told us she can only do drivethur and continued to wait.
Once we finally got serviced all was good.. That was right until we had the cake.. $34 for an 8” cake only to cut into it and fine a long black hair in it… Yuck..
Don’t was your time or money, drive elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found the service was prompt. Dairy queen is my "go to", when I want to indulge in a milkshake or ice cream. Very good here! Milkshakes are nice and thick. Food is also good.
If you want to dine in, there is ample parking.
Would definitely give this Dairy Queen two thumbs up ??
