★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rarely give a 1 star review but I go here every morning and the service is consistently poor. I wonder sometimes if their intercom is broken because you must ALWAYS repeat yourself at least twice. They interrupt you while you're ordering. They can only hear 1 request at a time. A couple of the ladies are quite rude while taking your order as well. Unfortunately I don't have another option on the way to work, otherwise I would take my money elsewhere because who needs to start their day like that all the time. My advice, make sure the intercom is working and place the quicker and more personable staff on the window.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ??Farmer's rap was so dry your employees forgot to add the sauce and the rap was crispy to the point where it just fell apart the moment I picked it up. You advertise fresh food but you do not deliver not sincerely two very unsatisfied customers ? ps i made a YouTube video about it that's how disgusting it was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food at this location is normally good but lately its gone downhill. Last week one of the buns was so stale and hard I had to throw it away and eat the fillings with the bottom bun. Then today my husbands was burned. Whoever cooked it,packaged it up should of thrown it away. When people are paying for their food,even if it was free,its unacceptable to serve burnt food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Website says open until 10pm went to drive through at 9pm and no one would take our order. Went to the window and two employees were standing there seemingly oblivious to us being there. And bad service in general when they are actually willing to take your order

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to this location because the other was crazy busy. Seems that service isn't exactly a top priority here. We, as well as several other vehicles ahead of us in the drive thru sat at the mic to order for a few minutes before even being acknowledged. Found that they were serving literally only one customer at a time (the person would order, drive ahead to pick up their order and it wasn't until that vehicle was leaving the drive thru that they would take the next person's order.)
The lady who was taking our order seemed very flustered. We didn't get anything complicated, just 3 hot drinks, a muffin and farmer's wraps, but she was yelling at my hubby to "stop talking" and to "hang on a second" despite the fact that he was speaking slowly and taking a break between each item to ensure it was appearing correctly on screen.
The other lady taking our payment was very sweet and polite however, but the one over the mic could use a review on how to appropriately speak to customers.
