S	Shannon McCann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dropped off an important letter today for Express post. I thought the tracking number would be on my receipt, as per previous parcel shipments I’ve sent. None the wiser, I went on my merry way. Aimee (the young woman with the awesome hair) took it upon herself to text me, including a photo of the tracking number, and offered to hold the original for me should I need it. I have never had this level of customer service at Canada Post, she went above and beyond! If she isn’t the manager, she should be! Thanks Aimee!! You rock!
P	Paul JH on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Earlier today - a lineup of 3 people and the only worker chose to answer the phone with a response of: I'll check the computer and then returns back to the phone to say I'll check the back. Next person she helped, no eye contact was made greeting them. When it was my turn she dismissed my ID as not having a matching address. I instead took it upon myself to find a bill with my updated address because she had no understanding of why helping someone on the phone while others took the time to drive to be there was poor service. She was reluctant to provide her name to me and justified answering the phone by saying she helps as it comes in. If that was true, why were others waiting in line before someone else made a phone call? Employee was willing to take time to help someone not even there, but could not wait for me to provide a matching address. She was dismissive and unwilling to wait for me to provide what was asked even though I waited for her to assist someone on the phone. I felt she had little interest in actually assisting with a service I had already paid for and customer service or an added employee on shift is needed for situations like this.
