★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to pharmacy today to get a medicine that was previously prescribed to me. Pharmacist told me she cant see other rexal’s system so cant give me medicine. She said she doesn’t feel comfortable prescribing medicine that was a common nasal spray. Never had a pharmacist in my life this bad who refused service coz she doesn’t “feel comfortable” prescribing already prescribed medicine. Why are you a pharmacist if you cant do right by patients especially when they really need you the most?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What's with the grumpy girl at the post office, she might have a very nice nose, but I'm pretty sure I should not have to look at it. Canada post need to enforce the rules, you would think that of all places a drug store would enforce safety protocols. Its just one apple, why spoil the cart?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NOT go here for a flu shot! Took the family for flu shots and was extremely disappointed with the entire experience. Would not recommend anyone attend this location. We reserved an appointment time and still had to wait 1/2 hour with not one other person at the pharmacy. They only asked to see 2 of 4 health care cards so no personal verification for two people. The pharmacist provided no explanation or information regarding the type of vaccine we were being given, possible reactions or what to do if there were concerns. My kids have asked to never go back there for a flu shot, and I 100% agree with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have received poor customer service here and there but never enough to make me share a bad review until I went to Rexall's Post Office today. Never have I been spoken to the way I was today by the post office clerk Aimee. I've had her before and she wasn't friendly then but she was so rude to me today, I was shocked by how she was speaking to me and the tone she used. She made me feel awful for even going there to try and mail something. My husband came here a few weeks ago to mail something as well and was also given attitude and talked to rudely by her. He felt like he was an inconvenience being there. I will never be back to this post office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not going there again. I was trying to book an appointment for my Dad however the store rep will not allow anyone without health card to get vaccinated. Even I was willing to pay and booked online appointment.
Went to AHS Vaccination site got vaccinated for no charge and only ID proof asked was passport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the Canada Post here and received the absolute worst customer service I have ever received in my life from the lady at the desk. From reading the other reviews and seeing the ratings it seems that regardless of the customer service this individual is giving, nothing is being done to correct it or resolve the fact that it is turning away customers and service. Sad for the amazing community and services that Beaumont has. I will never come here again. Cannot believe she works in any form of customer service. I have no desire to be contacted, i just hope others do not continue to be treated like i was treated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff members are so friendly!! I always have excellent service at this location! And the pharmacy is the BEST I have ever been to! Every team member is knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating! I have never had a bad experience here, I 100% recommend this location!
Also, any if these negative reviews for the post office should be written on the post office website, not Rexall, they have no authority over the Canada Post employees.
