★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in today to get a cake for my daughters 5th birthday. None of the cakes really caught my eye. Besides the beer mug one but it was for my daughter. Next time... All the staff were very friendly and patient, especially the one fella, never caught his name. He waited while I sent numerous pics of cake to my wife, who was stuck at work, for her input. Still no available cake was deemed suitable. So the patient guy went out of his way to customize a cake for us. It turned out great! I was impressed, and my wife was very happy. Most of all our daughter loved the cake! So to the very friendly, patient, and helpful dude whose name I did not get and the rest of the staff here, thank you! Also the cake was delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve never had a ketchup burn, until today. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers for lunch in drive through. Found two microwaved burgers in my bag. Hey DQ if you gonna pass off nuked burgers as a DQ burger, nuke em before you put on the toppings. Never again. Idiots

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very not satisfied with the service I got from DQ. Due to my job I cannot go into the places to order food, or else I would have to change my clothes and do other precautions. So I have to walk through the drive thru, pretty much all the others places I’ve been to totally understand and they have no problem with it. For some odd reason DQ did not take my order and my other employee explained why we couldn’t go in, but the man refused to listen and insisted on us going in. If I could give this place negative stars I 100% would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been here multiple times, the amount of times I’ve had my order wrong, and the amount of times staff members were unhelpful with resolving their mistakes was astounding. I’ve had majority of my burgers stone cold and this last one tasted really old and expired, I won’t even eat it out of fear that I’ll get sick from it. The ice cream portion sizes all around are pretty small compared to other DQs and with their blizzards, expect there to be less mix ins always and sometimes even missing ingredients. Sometimes you get someone who is very friendly and pleasant to be around but majority of the time the people working the counter seem very stand-off-ish. Most of the time is an average to below average DQ, but if you come multiple times, expect every 1/3 times to just be a very unsatisfactory experience and sometimes more hassle than it’s worth.
It is, however a very convenient location just off the highway coming through town.
I do not know if they have changed hands recently but it wouldn’t surprise me, because their service and food quality just keeps getting worse and worse.
If you do need to grab a bite to eat here, try on days and a time when it will be quiet, because they definitely struggle a lot more during busy times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible drive threw service. Every time I have gone there in the last 2 months. Yet to have a correct order. Went again today and after repeating my order 4 times he still had it wrong. Finally gave up and left without any food. Won’t go back again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the $7 chicken strip meal and chose chocolate cherry for my sunday. I also asked for just the cheese burger from the other $7 meal deal. When I was told my order was over $16 I inquired and found out they tried to charge me $6.75 for just the burger from the $7 deal. They also charged me an extra $1 for my sunday choice, which no other DQ has ever done. The chicken strip basket was delicious but the sunday was disappointingly tiny considering the extra charge.
Not the first disappointing experience here but it is most certainly the last.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have my two personal favourite that i like to have whenever get a chance. One is strawberry sundae and other one is poutine. Yeah you read correctly Canadians favourite poutine. Usually vegetarians don’t have lot of options to eat…..but just wanna tell that DQ’s regular poutine is vegetarian it have some mushrooms in the gravy don’t think it’s meat. But always make sure to confirm when you order because some locations don’t serve vegetarian poutine. This location do sell vegetarian poutine so yeah you have one more option open vegetarians to eat in edson that’s DQ’s poutine.
