★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice helpful staff. The store has a little bit of everything. Several different flavours of ice cream. From ice cream to fudge and everything between. Lots of parking in and around the store.
Unfortunately the store did not offer accessible entry.
Lots of gluten free options to suit your sweet tooth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Won’t be back any time soon. None of the staff wearing masks, sanitizer bottle wouldn’t work - and then staff put the straw for my milkshake on the counter. Yuck. Fortunately I had my own metal straw in the car. Makes you wonder what they do when you aren’t watching.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always great customer service with staff that operate within all their capabilities to make requests possible for their customers even when it’s not appreciated; and if they’re not possible, it is always because of reasons beyond their control yet they take that rare criticism with grace. This is a place that welcomes everyone from every walk of life. When customers drop in just to say hi as they go by, you know you're doing great work. All of the employees have different and unique personalities that show as you enter. Keep up the great work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good variety of ice creams to choose from but wouldn’t recommend if you have allergies. I came up for the long weekend with family and stopped in for a little treat, I got a scoop of ice cream and it was good until I tasted peanut butter, which I am allergic to. I got cookies and cream, which is peanut free - but they cross contaminated the scoop as there were visibly other bits of different flavoured ice creams; one of course happened to be something I am allergic to. Extremely disappointed and won’t be returning, please use caution if you have any allergies.

Thankfully, due to the slower season, she was able to accommodate a last minute order which we truly appreciated. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in the other day with my mom for my birthday. The owner was amazing and very kind lady! Cravings is such a nice place with a great owner and the cake looked fantastic. She was able to make the cake I wanted within the small time frame we gave her and it turned out amazing. Recommend everyone checking it out!

The name of this treasure filled establishment truly reflects its nature. If you're searching to fill a craving for a sweet tooth, or if you're simply craving a better day..
