First time in store and LAST . I refuse to shop or recommend any store that doesn’t allow a paying customer to use their washroom when they are in desperate need With a actual medical condition and then think it’s okay and even remotely think it’s the same thing to use an example of would you allow a stranger to use use your house bathroom. Yes I would absolutely if I seen someone in need ! Then recommend one 2 blocks away . If your going to run a business in a public space provide a washroom be a decent person which you weren’t !! You know who you are when you read this review you were working downstairs! APPALLING!

They have beautiful clothing, bathing suits and lingerie. The staff are very helpful as well! Highly recommend!

The manager is extremely rude and very accusatory. My mother spent over $700 on both my sister and I between two days. Well, the manager decided to accuse my entire family, including myself, of stealing from her and put a no trespass order against all three of us AFTER spending several hundred dollars there.. My little sister was in the change room with the worker, as well my mom was standing by for price approval, and for myself, I was just browsing on and off while waiting for my sister to find the right bra size. Needless to say, the size the lady forced my sister to get was too small and she grew out of the bras within less than two months (and the one bra was $75!!). I tried telling the worker that A32 was too small for my sister, as she was almost a C at the time, but she forced the smaller bra sizes onto us. Which, was a mistake on our end, but the worker swore up and down that was the size my sister needed... Fast forward to the next day, my mother and I went to go in to buy more Calvin Klein wear and the owner accused me of stealing, and refused to let me in the store, but I talked her into letting my mom buy the stuff I needed without me. Then not even an hour after we left, the OPP showed up with three no trespass orders that the manager (AFTER TAKING OUR $700) wanted in place. So if you want workers to force clothing onto you that isn't your size, the owner to judge and belittle you, and to be accused of stealing, this is definitely the store you'll want. The owner is nothing but downright arrogant and extremely judgmental - to not only customers but to her employees also. This store is nothing but a joke and 12/10 will never go back, even if I could.. Side note: I feel terrible for the employees that are actually genuine and want to help others get the right clothing because the owner ensures they act the same way the owner does; and these employees are extremely pushed around by the owner as well. Updated: Obviously stealing isn’t acceptable. That’s funny though, the owner even said there was nothing on camera, she was going by assumption actually.. Further more, my family actually didn’t steal nothing. Like I said, we bought over $700 in total worth of product for this store, so.. Plus It’s not my fault more than just myself has had this issue, she seems to be quite the lady to do this constantly. I’ve seen and heard of multiple people having this happen all because of assumption. So trying to belittle myself after you know full well what actually happened and what didn’t, makes me think even less of you. This store and the owner is absolutely pathetic. Like yeah, I’m going to lie and make up a review of something that never happened, right?? Wrong. There was no need to no trespass myself and my family. As stated my mom and sister were with the worker the entire time and myself? I had money that day, why would I need to steal? That’s a criminal offence and that, I, never want part of. You can think whatever you want, by my family and the owner know full well what happened that day. Just because we’re below the poverty line doesn’t mean you can accuse of wrongfully of stealing. You’re absolutely pathetic, especially when you’ve done this more than once. It’s not nice to judge people based on economic status.

Excellent customer service. I recently had surgery and these lovely ladies let me take the bras home to try on instead of struggling with them in the store. Amazing staff; their picks for me were just perfect too. Wil be returning and recommending.

SCHAEFER'S is a fabulous shop. Their staff are well trained, knowledgeable, extremely helpful & kind. They have up to date fashionable yet practical clothes I love this store! Don't miss the experience! Plus there's lots of cool places to eat nearby.

Susan and Gail were very helpful in helping me find the right size bra and bathing suit. I couldn't have been happier with their service,they were excellent. I will shop there again for sure.

Best selection of swimwear around. Staff were super helpful. It’s a gem of a find if you are looking for quality Womens clothing. Coats, casual wear, bras and undergarments and swimwear. Big store. Real destination location. Worth the visit.
