Cold fries, cold burger, pink chicken burger and seperated orange julieses. Terrace DQ, do better. We tried to be as polite as possible when explaining that we were a bit fed up with how long everything was taking (long before before we received our lunch) and the guy at the window tried to give us some explanation about how long wait times are just normal for DQ. Well, we never expected the food to be horrid too. McDonalds and A&W are the best options if you want decent, hot fast food. Please note: For our safety we tossed the entire meal after taking a bite of the burgers. Awful service, awful food. Never going back.

The young man working the drive through on March 9, 2022 at 8:40 pm was tired, rude, slow & left me at the window for 10 minutes without letting me know my order was coming!! I don’t recommend going to DQ after Management has gone home!! Their workers are lazy & rude!!

I ordered a 7 up. Last time I went in person the cheese wasn’t even close to being Melted?? I keep telling myself I won’t come back after all these bad experiences but I still do idk why.
G	Gertrude Parks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems to be longer and longer wait times lately. We ordered only 2 cups of coffee and had to wait over 20 minutes. First they had to brew the coffee, then none of staff could find the lids. I realize DQ isn't famous for their coffee, so next time will chose a coffee drive thru and save DQ for the occasional ice cream.

I waited in line today for 35 minutes with only 6 cars ahead of me before I got to The takeout window. The young girl at the window was also extremely rude when I asked her why 6 cars took over 35 minutes. She gave me a dirty look and told me she didn’t know why. Terrible customer service and from multiple similar reviews dated back from months ago they haven’t fixed the problem. I’ll never do Drive through there again.
