The WORST place to take your little ones for a haircut! The lady there threatened my daughter with mu grandson so bad that we were even thinking to seek legal advice. The lack of respect and vulgar behaviour was unacceptable!! WARNING PARENTS!!

I wish I read the reviews before coming here! I 100% agree with the previous parent, they cut our baby’s hair way too short. It was our first cut and I am so sad that he no longer has long hair. I told the lady that I just want a little trim so the hair isnt in his eyes. I wanted to keep it LONG! I dont think she listened or heard me. He was moving a lot as its his first cut so my attention was on my son. By the time I noticed it was too late! I am extremely sad. We also felt rushed and his bangs arent even straight. I get its hard when the kids is moving but I felt they just wanted to do the job and get you out. Also very expensive, $28 not including tip for the cut. I got a certificate and a baggy of his hair. I regret coming here and should of done it on my own. I wont be coming back unfortunately but other kids seemed to enjoy it there.

While I recognize that cutting a 1 year olds hair is tough, the stylist completely butchered my sons long hair. I told her we wanted to trim it so that it wouldn’t be in his eyes and she completely hacked off all his hair leaving him with a bowl cut. Would strongly advise against taking your child here

What a horrible experience, my wife and I took our 16 month baby to his first haircut appointment. As we walked in we were greeted by β€œ you are too many, only one parent” ( the place was empty at the time). We explained that it was his first haircut and we both wanted to be there. She quickly replied β€œonly one, which one is the stronger to hold him”. After hearing that we just walked out. Would not recommend!!

A great place to get your kids hair cut. They are fast, efficient and kind. Every time I go they ask how I want my sons hair cut and check-in throughout that they are cutting it the way I want. At the moment they do have Covid precautions including not allowing strollers. Only one parent or guardian is allowed in at time. Given that many of their clients are more vulnerable, I think these precautions are warranted and make me feel safe.

Kids hair salon and strollers are not allowed ?? Seriously ? I came to this place for my son’s haircut but this woman said I have to leave my stroller OUTSIDE. The place was empty, not customers yet and the place was big enough to just put my stroller in the corner. There wasn’t any salt or snow yet. Imagine leaving your stroller on the street and have to bring in only your diaper bag, all your belongs plus your kid with winter jacket. That’s a very dumb rule and of course I didn’t stay in this place. Don’t understand why is a kids salon and you cannot bring your stroller. You can see in the images that was empty and plenty space for a stroller

We were able to book a same day appointment. We were told at that time there are no strollers inside and only one parent is allowed with the child. Due to my son being less than a year old I had to hold him for the haircut. We had given him a haircut at home and without the right tools, we were hoping for a professional to give him proper styling. I showed the person cutting the hair 3 possible styles, I was hoping for a discussion to figure out their professional opinion but she wasn't very receptive to what I was trying to explain. I wasn't sure what style she was working on but towards the end she attempted to style it with gel (not realistic for a baby). Then all of a sudden she wanted to cut more hair off. I was thinking, I think it's ok but it might be a tiny bit long at the top. By the time she was done, he didn't look anything like any of the 3 photos I had shown her. The cut was too short, with almost no hair to grasp or style. I think the cut took longer than we were allocated because I felt rushed to leave and didn't really get to process his look. I'm so disappointed. I can appreciate it's a difficult job with a crying baby and having to work quickly but I think most parents can agree that cutting less is better than too much.
