★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super cute store but completely inaccessible for a stroller let alone a wheelchair, walker, etc.
Disappointing that a store that sells things for babies is completely inaccessible to a parent with a stroller. I couldn't even get down a single aisle. There also wasn't a place for me to put the stroller to the side and walk around myself. :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the kindest staff I've ever encountered! To share a glimpse of their customer service, a friend of mine recommended Playful Minds for a specific item I was looking for. I placed an order for curb-side pickup which was prepared so fast that I was able to pick up my order within the same hour. My item unfortunately had a minor defect and the staff was so understanding and had actually set the same item aside for herself, which she so kindly offered to exchange mine for. Absolutely left me speechless over the phone because I genuinely was not expecting such a response! And for such a great first experience, Playful Minds has gained a new loyal customer! Thank you so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Klutz JR book and craft kit. The price they charge is way over what amazon charges for the same kit. The glue that comes to attach the parts does not work at all. Called and they said to me that I can’t return it or get store credit unless the supplier approves. Overpriced and bad quality toys. Would not recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's so refreshing to enter a store thats curated and actually has some of the best toys picked out for its customers instead of one of those big box stores. You'd be amazed of what you can find here and be pleasantly surprised by the options. I got this cool trebuchet kit and one big detailed ups truck toy for my nephews. Definitely worth coming by.
