I recently found a gift card for Parpar that I was given AGES ago. So long ago that it wasn't in their system, after I tried ordering online. I ended up on the phone with an incredible helpful person who tracked down the details of my vintage gift card and then helped find all the items that I wanted. Really above and beyond in terms of customer service! Couldn't be more pleased!!

My favourite boutique in Toronto!! Parpar's collection is second to none - they are always on trend with the latest fashion. The store is beautiful, and the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, they are always very professional and attentive to the shoppers. Highly recommend!

I have shopped at Parpar on St. Clair and found simply the nicest, most attentive staff around!! I cannot imagine what tragedy happened to this "unhappy" customer; I can only hope his day gets better. As for the Ladies at Parpar - you are the best! Thank you for being so pleasant and accommodating whenever I come in!!

I absolutely love this store. I love the items they sell and I love the staff. They are so friendly and professional. I’ve been going there for years and they know me, my style and my body-type so well. They always provide helpful tips and I trust them completely. Nicole is wonderful, but so are the owners, Steph and Ari. Not only are the items amazing, the staff so knowledgeable and helpful, but the owners are supportive of philanthropic endeavours too. They have been supporters of a foundation that my husband and I established to support research at SickKids. Every time I ask for support, they always say yes. And, they take the time to listen. I love supporting this business because they know what community is all about. Love, love, love this store!

The staff were amazing and very helpful, they were engaging, asked questions and helped me pick the perfect outfit. The clothes are unique and the collections are great for all ages. The interior design is beautifully done, love the dΓ©cor, it really made the entire shopping experience feel that much more enjoyable. Great accessories to pick from with expert attention to what is chic and trendy. Absolutely adore this place. Will definitely be returning!!

Helpful, friendly staff and a great selection of new and sale items. I walked in with my usual sense of shopping dread, and walked out 30 minutes later with a new dress (sale!) and 2 blouses (1 on sale!). Thanks especially to "B" who helped me with style ideas for my new duds. Happy to support a local business ... and a manager who supports her staff . Most money I've spent in one place in over a year. Seems it's true that there's no such thing as bad advertising ;-)

I'd like to place a clean review to ensure this helps other customers, and this store owner is clearly attempting to muddy the review and have it removed. TLDR; The store staff provided a return guarantee and it was not honoured. I would have added a few stars for them finally honouring a return except there was a fairly negative response to this review. Store owners have gone the length to avoid accountability. I have placed pictures of the sweater that was said to have "food stains" this picture was the one shared with the owner. -- We try to keep our purchases within the community to try to help businesses during the pandemic, but this place should have no place in the community. -- I stopped here to buy a sweater for my partner. The person I spoke with was polite and accommodating. They picked one off the mannequin and brought it to me. I had immediately noticed a few flaws on it and asked about them. She mentioned that because it was off of the mannequin and there were notable flaws, and that she would stand behind a return if we noticed they weren't acceptable. My partner noticed issues in stitching, and issues in sequins falling off of the sweater as soon as she wore it. She may have sat down and walked around with it before she noticed these and the quality of the sweater I guess was bad enough that the brief period in use also caused a bit of pilling. Mind you, this was maybe an hour or so in one day... We called for the return the next day. My partner suggested she go and return it. My partner is in her third trimester and though doing well has some typical imbalances and difficulties. The individual there spoke to her like she was wrong to even come in, and she came home looking battered. She went in and was told by the store that they would not take the sweater back. It was that simple. They sold us a piece of clothing with known issues, (my fault for accepting their words of assurance) made promises the company was not aligned on, and then refused a promise they made as soon as they could do so conveniently. The woman at the front treated my partner who was already overwhelmed like she had done something wrong by simply coming in. She was calling out things on the sweater that were clear issues with design and blaming them on her. The owner was apparently involved and didn't consider honoring the return regardless of what they had told us on purchase. This was an absolute breach of trust and integrity from this place. The quality of the merchandise they are willing to sell is questionable. And they are not willing to adhere to the promises they themselves create. I called in upset about this and instead of accounting for the promises they made they decided it made more sense to tell me they'd give me a call back with no timeline, and no guarantees. The only thing I was told was "I'm not in the business of upsetting people", just a random statement with no assurance or follow up. And no one followed up, I needed to call in again and then send an email. Absolute no-go for me. Steer clear. -- The owners are now attempting to share my personal information, create accusations, and berate me for not leaving a good review. Another clear indication of the not so stellar customer service.
