★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service, repairs service, no on-site service. My advice to everyone is DO NOT buy cart from Custom Carts. Regretted that we bought cart from them. The looks of website and stores really so deceiving to be very good. I got 6 bad batteries just past 1 year warranty. They're No-Name brand. Hardly drive around campground in 2 Summers. ***smokes out of ears***

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff, trailer ramps missing some welds and 1 grease nipple fell out day 2. Overall trailer is awesome despite the small issues. New ramp was exchanged and we will get to fixing the grease nipple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a cart in April and negotiated over the phone. We're from Gatineau so we wanted to make sure that the cart had been verified that all the parts were in excellent condition. We got confirmation to not worry all carts are verified before delivery by the store in Trenton. So we rented a trailer 80$ + gas to go pick up the cart; Price 6,295$. The first week at the camping the cart wont start, so we had to have it fixe on the spot at the camping, cause I had my grandsons over. It cost 220$ to fixe. We asked to be refund, and the owner's response was to bad that's on them. They said that we would have gladly fixed on Guarantee. But why did they deliver a cart in such a bad condition. We were not going to pay for another trailer + gas and wait a couple of days for the repair. The guy at the camping asked us, who sold you this cart in such a bad condition? Please make sure you bring someone with you when you buy from Custom Carts. Hope they never do this again to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought an extended roof kit for our new to us precedent golf cart. Called the day before to order and I showed up right at 9 when they opened the next day. They had everything ready to go, just had to pay and load, super fast and friendly service. Looks like they had lots of parts and carts there.
We stay at quinte isle campground and they have a garage set up there for sales and service, so next time we need something, I know where to go.

Also received several emails confirming my order, confirming the shipping, confirming it’s out for delivery and an invoice copy. I knew the status of my order every step of the way.
