★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im disabled. These people abandoned my three year old and in Belleville. I live near Stockdale. I suggest never using this program ever. If you do be very specific and ask several times about pick off and drop off.

I have used QUINTE ACCESS for a long time now. It is on my faverite list. They are awesome friendly people that go out of ther way to help anybody who needs it. I would be in a bad position if we ever lost there SERVICE. THANK YOU QUINTE ACCESS. You people are priceless. !!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are an awesome for their transportation for the private & public sector.
For the private sector Quinte Access offers buses & vans for disabled clients. It's a call-in-ahead/pre-arranged service that picks you up at your front door & takes you to your scheduled drop off point for a reasonable fee.
For the public buses there are many pre-scheduled stops & times on the routes around Trenton & the buses are disabled accessible. The cost for the bus is cheap or you can use a pre-bought bus pass.
I have used both services and highly recommend Quinte Access to everyone!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a few issues with the servuce but HR rep Kyle was on top of it to help resolve my issues.Also since then the bus timing is much better. Ps there is one new lady driver on A routes afternoon she is amazing and so is front office Mellisa.
