As a chef, and a knife nut, finding a craftsman with a keen attention to detail is very important to me and Mr. Culter has it in spades. He has created a family heirloom for me in my chef knife. And I am looking forward to many more projects in the future.
I highly recommend that you pick up some of this mans work, you wont be disappointed.
