★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought our vehicle in for insurance repairs. Part ended up on back order so rather than keep the vehicle they returned with what work could be done. The vehicle had been washed and detailed inside and out as well. Great job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall excellent experience! Receptionists and staff were both friendly and professional from the initial scheduling to pick up. We were very satisfied with all the repairs that were completed. Our vehicle was finished earlier than quoted too which was a bonus!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my truck in for an insurance hail damage claim, which they did good work. Unfortunately there was black urethane goop all over my centre rearview mirror and they left a tool in my truck. Not the worst thing ever but still not impressed. The biggest thing was I had a USB stick with music on it in the dash and when I went to pick my truck up it was missing! They told me that there was no reason for it to be removed and asked it I was sure I left it there, which I assured them 110% that I did. So then they told me it must be under a seat or something because they wouldn't take it...I just about emptied my truck looked under the seats inbetween all the cracks and it was definitely not there....I have given them almost a week to call me back with an answer to try and find it and haven't heard anything. I'm highly disappointed at the end of my experience, which is really unfortunate because I had future work for them if they did a good job. Now I can't even trust them so I don't feel comfortable bringing any work back there. I know it isn't an expensive loss but unfortunately that music was mostly given to me and I can't get it back. Not to mention what if it was more expensive....No trust no business! Very disappointed :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had 27k+ of damage from a head on with a deer in my Jeep. JD Collision in Cold Lake did a great job at keeping me updated and communicating timelines for parts as they were delayed due to supply chain issues which is completely understandable with the current state of the world. The staff helped me with questions I had because my insurance adjuster wouldn’t communicate with me so they were very helpful and eased a lot of worries I had.
I picked up the Jeep and it was washed and detailed and so far everything is working and running like brand new. If there’s any issues I have peace of mind knowing I can return to them to let them know as it’s warrantied.
The only issue I had is a small one. When picking up the vehicle the fuel gauge was bottomed out, like below the red line. I was worried I wouldn’t make it to a fuel station but I had someone follow me and I did. There was maybe 1/8th of a tank when the accident occurred so it’s not like they burnt a lot of the fuel, just a little close for comfort lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did an insurance claim for my newer vehicle that had hail damage which included scratched paint. There were misunderstandings with the assessment and the paint did not get included. They did a decent job buffing out some of the scratches. I was told the vehicle would be detailed and it wasn't fully. They did do some cleaning though.
