Overlooking spelling and grammatical errors and disregarding clients wishes to create more billable hours via revisions! The quality of service is not worth the rates charged here. However, staff is respectful and building is clean.

Finding a great family law attorney is incredibly difficult to do which is why I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Jason Conlin and the legal team at Lakeland Law Group. Jason has represented me in high conflict parenting matters on multiple occasions over the past six years with very positive outcomes. I also used Lakeland Law Group for a real estate purchase and to update my Will. Lakeland Law Group helped me with numerous (failed) attempts by the father of my child to alter our custody and visitation agreements. Jason represented me through a long and complicated child support matter with an uncooperative self-employed party; he was able to get my child the appropriate amount of monthly child support along with a significant amount of child support arrears. Jason has always made the difficult process of navigating the Family Law system much easier to understand and provided exemplary legal guidance along the way. Each staff member at Lakeland Law Group delivers exceptional service. Jason is a very thorough and competent professional who truly has your best interests at heart. Angi works incredibly hard; always responding to my emails or phone calls promptly and with remarkable compassion. I strongly recommend Lakeland Law Group to anyone dealing with issues pertaining to parenting (custody and visitation); child support; real estate; or wills.

Very Nice people, Had our wills done here. But, they (at the time of this review) actually charge you $150 for a hour consultation. I phone 4 other lawyers 2 in Cold Lake and 2 In Bonnyville and they all give your first consultation free. Just a heads up for those trying to save a bid of cash. B

I called to ask if they could help me with some legal paperwork (Jargon). The receptionist said they would take care of me. They sure did; the young so-called lawyer booked me even though she had no clue how to fill out the papers, told me "I'll have to research this. I'll need a $1000 retainer". I was very specific with my request, said I needed help FILLING OUT A FEW PAPERS! She took my money and ran. I would never set foot in there again, and from the looks of the replies, they like to say they never saw you in their office. Crooks AND LIARS! I don't even give them one star but this rating forces us too.

LLG will rip you off! They provided no expertise, and charged full lawyer rates for work performed by office staff. They did not take my primary concern of finalizing a legal matter swiftly and with cost reduction in mind. The final result cost four (4!) times what they had initially promised. Finally, they did not provide any genuine advice. All my difficult questions were returned back to me with a question about my stomach for risk. I ended up counselling myself for the majority of our interactions. Avoid!

Excellent service, friendly staff, and fair rates. LLG has represented me for several years and they work together as an amazing team. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a law office with integrity and that takes pride in representing their clients to the absolute best of their abilities.

Jay Conlin is a very approachable genuine person and a great lawyer. The office works in family law, real estate closings, wills, etc. The staff at the office are extremely friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable, and cordial. The facility itself is maintained extremely well and is always clean. I would recommend any person seeking assistance with any legal matters to give LLG the first call.

Called for appointment, but had to call back the next day to let them know I will not be able to show. I had rebooked, but because of where I was working I could not reach them to move the appointment as I was rescheduled to work extra days. I called them to let them know I was unable to reach them at the time, they told me that they could no longer book appointments for me or help me regardless of the situation, that that it is their policy. I have been seeing them for years. At the end of the call the receptionist told me to call other lawyers in town to see if they would help me. update: called today asking if I could get paperwork, since I know that I could not get another appointment. I was told by receptionist that that was no problem, and then decided to make mention about my google review that I misunderstood that it was their policy, and that they forgot to mention that payment was needed prior to appointment (which I was aware of) but I made mention again that where I was, and the complication of not being able to communicate due to no internet, made that not possible. They said they understood but that it was still their policy, and literally compared it to a hair solon appointment. Even though I have had several appointments with them, a Law firm, to help me with my divorce. I asked if then, me needing their help and dealing with divorce/bankruptcy/foreclosure was comparable to a hair solon appointment and was told yes. I then stated that it must just be about the money, they said yes.
