★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst law firm ever. My partner and I paid a $1500 retainer for Ian Sneddon to file documents for my partners custody case against his ex. Ian has done nothing and apparently the entire retainer is used up. It feels like this case is unimportant to them and they happily took our money that we worked very hard for. We just want visits with the kids and needed an experienced lawyer to guide us. Worst experience ever and what a waste of money that could have went to a lawyer with a heart and good intentions who could have actually helped us.
