★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately my experience today was extremely unprofessional. I booked the appointment over a week ago with Marilyn, very friendly lady booked everything for Aug 10. Today I was on time for my 10:00 a.m. appointment and was told it would be 4 hours to fix my windshield? So my sister who came with me to drive me back home, and I went home. At 1:30 I called the shop with no answer, no voice mail. We went to the shop.and my car was sitting in the same spot where I left it. I was told my windshield was coming in the afternoon delivery? No call to me to tell me this, nothing said at 10:00 a.m.? I left with my old windshield and my sister drove back to Edmonton after we waited for nothing! Very disappointing and a waste of my time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with having my windshield replaced in a 2005 Mazda3 was flawless:
The associate who on the phone was humourous, and helpful.
My service was scheduled for the very next day.
The whole process of replacement only took about one hour and a half.
The front man was helpful and down-to-earth.
There is not any leaks in the seal, and everything works as it should.
They are good work with good customer service.
I would strongly recommend giving business to this location. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding service from this store! Chantal at the front desk is very knowledgeable and professional, as is Travis in the shop. They found exactly what I needed to do a few home window repairs, and found me three new house windows at a fantastic price too! They're in Stony Plain, but they're so good that they're worth a trip even if you're in West Edmonton.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service!! The receptionist Marilyn(apologize if I spelt her name wrong) was an absolute sweetheart. And so sweet to my 3.5 yr old son.
The guys in the back are great at what they do :) They saw we had 2 rock chips and were able to fix both! And he said the chips cooperated beautifully. Yay!
I called my Husband, he was so happy to hear the news :)
The price wasn't bad either. Especially for 2.
