★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A++ would give more than 5 stars if I could!! I had an awesome experience at A tech Auto they got me in asap and they were very fast efficient and extremely helpful. I was very impressed with their customer service and the expediency with which they helped me last minute and for a very reasonable price. They are very honest and trust worthy. They were The only shop I called in the area that was actually concerned to help me get my family home safely! I live an hour away! I would recommend them to anybody needing car service!! Best experience at a mechanic probably ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional and very poor service. I brought a vehicle to this company for a pre-purchase inspection. I had expected to be provided with an inspection checklist confirming everything that was inspected and their condition. Instead got a basic invoice with a couple notes on it. When I made further inquiries about the condition of other things not specifically noted on the invoice, I was called "picky".
Upon purchase of the vehicle and brining it to my own local shop to address the items noted in the inspection from A Tech, my shop found a number of additional problems not noted in the inspection form A Tech, which is obviously a bit frustrating given that the inspection from A Tech formed the basis of negotiating the purchase price of the vehicle, only to find out that even more repairs were actually required.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and fast. No BS. Had my commuter in for an insurance inspection, needed front brakes, rotors were bad. While it was in, had the coolant system checked. They gave me a ride home and car was finished in a few hours. As they had to order parts. Then picked me up.
