C	Carlo Alcos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carla has helped me rehab two separate issues, one a shoulder issue and the other a knee one. I've gone to other physiotherapists who just gave me exercises and sent me on my way without a clear path forward. Carla was very involved in the process and was genuine in her care about actually helping me get better for the long term. On subsequent visits she would monitor how I was doing the exercises she assigned me and make sure I was doing them right. Usually she would tweak something to improve it. It's a level of care I haven't seen with anyone else. She took time to explain things to me, showing me diagrams in books when necessary. She also has a beautiful and cozy space to work in. I highly recommend her!

Excellent diagnostics and gentle yet effective treatment (it's always surprising how a seemingly simple exercise or treatment can yield big results). Carla never stops thinking about what can be done to resolve the physical Issues that I have. Her methods for recovery are very specific to the injured area, they are easy to do, and she provides specific printed information to take home so that repeating the exercises at home. is much easier. Carla has gone beyond her regular scope to assist me and has found the other resources in town to assist me. Carla is truly knowledgeable about the body and will continue to work till one’s issues are resolved and she does love a challenge. Her thoughtfulness, care and compassion make the treatment an enjoyable experience.

After working with Carla (do your exercises and make sure you are doing them right!!) I’ve been able to all the usual things and more without triggering pain! I’ve even been able to run down Pulpit. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

She has been my physio for over 15 years and I am always impressed with her expertise and the careful attention she takes to understand my issues and to help me learn how to exercise and strengthen my knees and hips. She explains with diagrams and visuals, then sends me home with detailed written directions on my exercises. Following these exercises carefully and regularly, I am very pleased with the results.
