★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we booked in January for august and gave a healthy deposit ... with evacuation orders road closures and wild fires we cancelled in what i consider ( ample time 3 weeks ) only to have our deposit kept by the owner
who informed us of a 90 day cancellation requirement ... Be aware he will keep your money ... great business DONT BOOK HERE unless you have a 90 day Chrystal ball !!!!!!!!
