β β β β β We were a group of 5 (4 adults and 1 child) who stayed in this wonderful cabin, just a short drive from Sechelt. We have stayed in a number of cabins like this and this is by far the most well equipped. There was literally everything you could need for a few days away and we were extremely grateful to find the staples in the kitchen cupboards. The kitchen is beautifully finished, along with the bathrooms. We lit the fire in the back garden in the evening and enjoyed a few hours in the hot tub. The booking was easy and Lori was quick to respond to emails. I would be happy to return to this cabin and will be recommending it to my friends.

β β β β β We loved staying at Tuwanek Timbers. The hot tub and fire pit are amazing. The kitchen is so nice and fully stocked. We had a great time playing darts and watching the hummingbirds. Two different beaches are within walking distance. We will definitely be back.

β β β β β First the Location: For some reason, there was a general sentiment that Tuwanek is "way up there". I thought the location was ideal -it's just 10 minutes from Sechelt has two fantastic parks for walking - with or without a dog: Porpoise Bay Provincial Park and Hidden Grove (5 minutes drive from Tuwanek Timbers). Access to the beach is a mere two minute walk with kayaks and canoes at your disposal.
The house itself is well laid out with the bottom dwelling great for additional guests with their own walkout area. It also sits on a quiet street with little traffic. In all a very enjoyable experience.

β β β β β We wanted to host friends from out of town, show them a real "West Coast Experience " with beautiful beaches, tall majestic trees and the excitement of wild animal watching- we were not disappointed !!! Tuwanek was perfect for what we wanted to showcase and Tuwanek Timbers gave us the perfect base of operations, the kids loved the hot tub and there was ample room for all. Thank you for helping us create the perfect experience.
