After a very bad ankle tear I was worried about my recovery but I am SO happy that I went to see Ash for help. He provided one-on-one treatment and was very knowledgeable in his work. Both Ash and Nan are extremely nice people and were a pleasure to hangout with at each visit. I recommend anyone who has pain or injury to go see Ash!

Receiving therapy at another place without much improvement left us feeling discouraged and worried. Luckily, we found MedHealth and decided to try treatment again. It was the best decision we could have made for our son. After only a couple of months we have seen incredible improvement. The passion Ash has for helping others is evident through his work and Nan always provided us with a friendly and warm welcome. We are forever grateful!

Param is a joy to speak with as she guided me into the appointment time that suited me best. When I got to the appointment, I met Ash, my therapist. He had a real “hands on” approach that I really liked. I found he was fully invested in my recovery. In his initial assessment, he told me I would make a full recovery. His encouragement was important. His revelations about the underlying cause of my injury were insightful and steered his treatment expertly. I was able to rest every care with him. I knew I was in the right place. After 6 weeks of treatment I am greatly improved and completely pain free. Moreover, I have a good plan for my ongoing, long-term recovery with the take-home exercises he’s prescribed. I have a spring in my step again. Thank you Param and Ash. I loved my time with you at MEDHEALTH.

In about week I went from crippled and couldn't walk, to manageable and mobile, after a month of treatment was able to hike backcountry camping and walked about 20km with gear round trip without issue. I never felt rushed out of his office and was always met with genuine concern from him and his staff. He not only cares about getting you better but also how to strengthen and prevent further issues. I will recommend his service to any of my friends and family, and (almost) look forward to hurting myself again?.

Ash diagnosed the problem quickly and started a Physiotherapy program individualized for my particular issue. A very caring, professional manner.
