★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RCC was very helpful to work with and answer any questions and I had for my external waterproofing project.
Sam, Dane and the crew were clean, kind, and great to work with. They answered any questions I had while the project was going on, and helped clear out some additional blocks unexpectedly found near the foundation.
They put plywood up to protect the work areas and cleaned any dust off the siding between homes.

Professional Property Management has so impressed with work that was done we referred him to owners of properties we manage they have had the same experience.
I was excited to have someone that was willing to take the time to explain all they would be doing and why so I could completely understand and pass on the information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We contacted RCC to look at a part of our basement where we may have some dampness issue. Jeff arrived punctually at our house. He checked out the area thoroughly and patiently answered all our questions. At the end of his consultation, he confirmed to us that the dampness was due to lack of ventilation and condensation. No water proofing work is required at all ! Instead of selling us the services we do not need, Jeff suggested things that we can do to get rid of the dampness issue. We are so impressed with his professionalism, honesty and integrity. Thanks Jeff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had several cracks in our poured concrete foundation. Previous repair efforts by another company failed over time and as water started seeping in, we called RCC. Jeffery our consultant was knowledgeable, very professional and explained the options to address the issue. The work was scheduled to be completed in a reasonable time frame, but RCC offered the opportunity to do it sooner when a cancellation came up. Everything was completed in the estimated time and the interior solution addressed the problem. We subsequently moved and contacted Jeffery again about a leak in the basement at our new residence. I'm pleased to say Jeffery has been as professional as always and we will be having RCC complete this repair as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When it rains, I don’t lay awake worrying anymore! We have a finished basement, with a block foundation. Water was coming in, but we couldn’t tell where. Mike met me at the house and explained the process in detail. He was very professional, and willing to answer any questions I had. When the crew arrived at the house they were very friendly and hardworking. The worksite was kept very clean and the work was completed on time. The crew needed to enter the house to install a sump pump and did so with minimal disruption. We are extremely happy with the job and would highly recommend RCC Waterproofing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been trying to have RCC in to add waterproofing to my foundation since October (now January). They have been completely unresponsive and giving the runaround with no exact answers or support whatsoever. They took our deposit and then completely disappeared. I had to chase multiple people to get quotes, answers and confirmed scheduling. On the day work was supposed to begin, no one showed up. Again, no call, I had to chase 3 different people to get an answer, they all said call someone else as it wasnt their responsibility. Absolutely terrible customer service from start to finish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had numerous leaks in our basement. We called RCC and Jeff returned our call extremely fast. He came to the house. He was professional and extremely friendly. He gave us a great price. We needed one side of house and several separate leaks fixed. When Rcc's employees arrived to repair the leaks they all were fantastic. Work done when they said it would be. They cleaned up and you would not know they had been there. Hopefully we will not need them again but if we find another leak we will be calling RCC.
