★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to inquire about a roof repair but I did not agree to anything or authorize them to proceed with. Over a month later and without my knowledge they sent a roofer to my house and contacted my insurance company to try and process a claim. Shifty, underhanded and disingenuous. Completely untrustworthy. NEVER CALL PROMOS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Promus' project manager was constantly late and dodged our calls / emails. Works never showed up when they were supposed to and arrived unannounced. Additional items were damaged. Scoped worked were never completed. First quote on repair work was missing large portions of work and damage to repair. The project manage only visited our site once, although promising to be there repeatedly.
We had to remove them from our project since work wasn't getting completed nor were they communicating with us. The work that was complete was done poorly and not in a reasonable amount of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to take a moment to comment on the excellent work that your team did at our home after our unfortunate sewage back-up. As you can imagine, seeing the sewage mess in our bathroom and resulting damage to our basement was extremely stressful. Within minutes of having your crew there the next morning, we both felt we were in good hands. Roy and Nick were very professional and both reassured us they could take care of things. By the end of that first day, we felt that a big load had been lifted from us. The crew that was in charge of the repairs was top notch. A big thank you to Roberto, Rosa, Oliver and Dennis for all their hard work. (There was another fine Gentleman there on the first reconstruction day as well but I didn't get his name). The Bathroom and Basement look excellent and one would never know that anything had happened. We enjoyed having them all in our home for the week. It actually felt like we had friends arriving every morning and not just contractors showing up to do a job. They kept us in the loop as far as how things were going and when they would be finished. We're very happy with the results so we wanted to thank you, and if you could please pass along our thanks to your excellent crew we would appreciate it.
