A great groups of guys who don't just want to sell you a boot, they want to sell you the RIGHT boot! Every experience I've had with them has been awesome, thank you guys!

Initially went to inquire about getting my four year old boots re-fitted, and ended up with a WAY better solution...new boots, perfectly custom fitted and extremely comfortable. I’ve skied two full days with them and they actually improved my skiing. Garreth spent almost two hours with me measuring, observing, discussing, and fitting me for the perfect boots that match my needs and skiing ability. Great prices, superb service, five stars!

I stopped in because I was at Revy anyway and needed a pair of footbeds. Gareth was fantastic to work with and was able to squeeze me in without an appointment between his other projects. I really appreciated that he didn't try to upsell me on custom footbeds when a trimmed pair of Sidas footbeds would do the trick. He also did some spot-heating work on my liners to save me from doing a full bake on them. Very efficient and economical.

Fourth friend who has had nothing but great things to say about staff, service and expertise of Critical Parts boot fitting. We now drive for six hours to Revelstoke to get fitted for our boots.

This place is legit. I and two friends with various degrees of uncomfortable boots went in and all got fixed up, super affordably too. I asked the guy working why they’re so good at this and his answer makes sense: 1) being at the mountain base, they see a really high volume of people and 2) since they’re part of the resort, their goal is for people to be happy skiing there. I send everyone I know here now.

Gareth was INCREDIBLE! These guys take boot fitting seriously. After 5 shops over multiple years It’s nice to have genuine people that actually care about making your feet work as best as possible with your boot.

The minute we walked into the shop we were met with a smiling face. I briefly explained my conundrum and waited for the right guy to come. Now I’m terrible with names even though I specifically asked but let’s go with Chris and Nick (sorry if they are wrong guys) were exceptional. He looked at my boot and the back of my foot and quickly got to work. The price was beyond reasonable and he even gave me a spare pair to wear so we could grab a drink while he worked. You can tell these guys take great pride in their work and are genuinely happy to make peoples experience on the hill better. Also the guy behind the counter when I said thanks also seemed just as delightful. Honestly can’t thank these guys enough, my ankle looked like someone took a cheese grater to it and after they were done it’s like they were different boots. Thank you thank you to you guys. ✌?

Nick and the boys did an amazing job of fixing my boots. I was experiencing severe pain to the point where I was considering not skiing for the remainder of my trip. I did not have an appointment but the lads put me on a cancelation list and I was lucky enough to get in within the next hour. After describing the pain and its location Nick did a thorough investigation of my boots and their fit. Within 45 minutes the issue was identified and completely fixed. By completely fixed I mean I went from experiencing pain so severe that I was becoming physically ill to skiing the second half of the day pain free. At the end of the day my boot had adjusted slightly to allow for some heel lift. Nick took me in one last time for a final 5 minute adjustment and I now feel like I'm wearing custom fit boots. Outside of all this everyone the staff members were kind and great to talk to. They gave us some great tips on how to maintain and use my gear as well as giving advice on what to see in the area outside of the mountain. Top quality people on top of the service. If you're experiencing issues or need a fit and are debating between here and somewhere else. Go here.
