Best Apartment building in Canada

J	Jennifer Andre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having lived at Creekside since October, I have not had the best experience with Patry Inc and Creekside. - Customer service is lacking, (I'm still waiting on my 2021 Rent Receipt). - Weekend on-call service is non-existent (no one answers your calls and the automatic answering machine does nothing for you). - You are charged for parking when you are unable to park in your assigned spot, (they will send a mass email with picture asking the individual to move, though) - Worse, you cancel your parking and return the pass and then they charge you for it without your consent! (This has been addressed as of June2) - The high-end finishings are falling apart, paint is peeling, the shower stall is still missing it's door, the building is still a construction zone and it's barely safe for myself let alone pets and small children - Nothing is included in this rent, you have to set up your own accounts with Enbridge, Hydro, and water tanks (it's costly to stay in this building) - Nathan and Keitha try their best and for that I have appreciation Those are just some examples of living at Creekside, all of which has been brought to their attention, nothing remains resolved at this time. Best of luck to those hunting for a home! (I'll be joining you all soon enough)
E	Edward McGregor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't run walk to Creekside Suites! .... Maybe it'll be finished by the time you get there. Have you ever wanted to live on a construction site? Are you in the market for a building that over promises and under delivers ? Then this is the place for you. In a time where you can scapegoat product delays on the pandemic this patry product has done that tenfold, desipte having said products visibly sitting in the parking lot (i.e balcony railings, shower glass, building siding). Toboot the endless excuses for the lacklustre work ethic and craftsmanship a vast majority of the contractors on this site have, will restore your faith in humanity that they will hire just about anyone regardless if they're qualified. But for good measure, if you have any concerns about the deficiencies in your unit (i.e mold from the rushed concrete pour, damaged counters, no door handles, etc), or the unfinished amenities, the parking you pay for but seldom had access to because they issued too many passes or even the contractors walking in your units without notice or standing on your appliances. You can email the everso unreliable "Customer Experience Co-ordinator" Brenda and she"ll be happy to reply in a few weeks, or at all if you're lucky. Spare yourself the heacdaches and rent elsewhere.
R	Robert Price Sherman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We moved into Creekside Apartments in Kingston at the beginning of November. The apartments are beautiful with wonderfully high ceilings. The location is a short drive to natural park areas just to the west towards Napanee. The apartment is surrounded by a residential area that is great for walking, running, or cycling. Brenda, the Customer Experience Co-Ordinator is extremely helpful and efficient. Brenda replies almost immediately to queries. She is an excellent problem solver. We are very impressed with her abilities.
