★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent people and service. I've been getting my orthotics here for the past 6 years and it has somehow negated my back pain. I've had severe back issues before orthotics and did not think it would make a difference but it sure did here at Gaitworks. Totally happy and back pain free thanks to Pam and her team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had ingrown toenails on both big toes, one extraction was fine, but on the other toe she messed up and took too much nail from one side and now that toenail won't grow back. I called them a month after the surgery to tell them it was looking weird, the receptionist said she would get back to me but never did. Now my toenail doesn't grow and it's only half as long as it's supposed to be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I suffered with the pain of Achilles tendonitis for over 18 months and my medical doctor told me there was nothing I could do about it. A friend referred me to The Kingston Foot and Ankle Clinic. After a thorough assessment, I was prescribed new orthotics. In a very short 6 weeks, I was completely pain free and have been since.
The staff are professional, friendly and meticulous. When my physiotherapist saw the new orthotics, he was VERY impressed by the quality of work and asked for more information about the clinic.
No one should have to suffer chronic pain when non-invasive treatment is available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been wearing orthodics for close to 30 years. The orthodics I receive from here are the absolute best and keep getting better every year.
The staff are exemplary (from reception to final fitting).
I strongly recommend this practice if you are suffering foot pain, they are phenomenal!

I enjoyed speaking with Pam and appreciated how she took the time to hear and address my concerns. They have a vast amount of services and even build orthotics on site! I highly recommend The Kingston Foot and Ankle Clinic to everyone!

The orthotics the clinic has fitted me with have made a powerful difference to my posture and the way I walk. Furthermore, Pam is always ensuring that my foot care promotes good health. Best of all for me after a long day, the staff at the clinic are always in good humour and delightful to be with. I feel confident that I'm getting the best treatment there is, and in the most hygienic surroundings. I can't recommend Kingston Foot & Ankle Clinic enough!

Now I live pain free. My wife also received care for orthotics and I have other family members who have frequented the clinic and are all happy.
