They were very accommodating, well priced and responsive.
I work many overnight shifts, so we discussed a details via email. They even sent me a photo of how the end would look before I dropped off my material! I brought in 2 luxury bath robes to be embroidered and they were completed within an hour. Very happy with the result and entire experience.
I will definitely come back for my future embroidery needs :)

I called and spoke to Wendy, and immediately received a great first impression. She was helpful, very pleasant and understood exactly what I was looking for. She had examples to send me by email and that helped me make an informed decision. Pricing was very reasonable and I will definitely call her again for future projects

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister wanted a personalized gift for her grandaughter and needed to have a blanket embroidered with her name. She called Creative Embroidery and Designs to inquire and talked to Wendy . Wendy asked what name to put in so that she can be ready with some fonts to choose from when we go there. At the store, she showed us also different colours to choose from for the thread to be used for the embroidery, the size of the fonts, the placement of the name. She also mentioned that the price is the same regardless of the size. She really took the time to explain and show how it will look, she was very detailed and thorough. She really gave us importance even if it is a small job. Also the job can be done in only a few hours. We were extremely satisfied with the results and the price is very reasonable. We will surely go back to this place if we need something personalized and would highly recommend them.
