Worst Hotel Experience Ever. We stayed 3 nights in a pet friendly king suite. Everything was good at first night until i noticed some blood dropplets on the back wall of the washroom behind the towlette. I asked the front desk staff to get housekeeping to only clean the washroom while i was at a doctors appointment. When we returned nothing was done, so i went back to the front desk to tell them that it was not yet cleaned and that i was once again leaving for dialysis at the grey nunns until 11pm and the room would be once again free to clean. Once again I mentioned only to clean the washroom spacifically the back wall. When we returned around 1130 pm the washroom still wasin't cleaned, however the rest of our room (linnens, all of our items were rearranged and sorted and put aside). The worst part my girlfriends medication was all of a sudden gone. Medication which she uses on a daily basis. Frustrated i went to the front desk to tell them the situation with no avail. I then spoke both to the housekeeping supervisor and front desk supervisor and told them the issue. They both told me they spoke to the staff and no none seen any medication, they only cleaned the washroom and they would never steal any medication since they couldnt even speak english. WTF does that have to do with not taking your stuff. Seems like my concerns fell on deaf ears, even tho I reinterated that one of their housekeeping staff was not honest and was steeling from patrons. The best part all we can offer you is free continental breakfast, even tho they knew I had surgery that day and couldnt even use it. When checking out i told them that i refuse to pay the pet fee at the very least. But big surprise no supervior to help me with my concerns. So if your thinking of staying here, think twice. Chances are you will get your sh#$ stolen. If you could give 0 stars i would. Never staying here again.

Food was slow to arrive even with few people in the dining room. Food was luke warm and my aujour had a hair in it. Not so impressed. The ambience is nice. And the server was friendly enough. They adjusted the bill so that was appreciated.

Traveling gives one a chance to try different foods and experiences. The menu here is not large but gives interesting choices. The staff are professional and vertical helpful. The rooms are clean, not like some I have found. The only thing we missed was a small refrigerator for the fresh fruits I bring for small dietary needs. A good experience all round.

Had a very nice breakfast here for a meeting. The food was very good. Service was very effective. The servers were great at making sure our table was cleared but yet have us the space we needed to have the meeting we wanted to have. Will be back again for another breakfast meeting for sure.

So I came with a large party. My experience was 4 stars, I'm sure a couple of my group would have given lower, I'll explain why, but I'll stick with the rating I experienced. So the way their Sunday brunch works is you order from a small menu and then have access to a buffet as well . I ordered a chicken and waffles Benny, which was amazing. The waffle was pretty sweet and it was cheap on the hollandaise but it was still delicious. The buffet was small, but it was good. The salads all come in little cups, so you don't spoon it up yourself or anything you just grab a cup of whatever salads you want. Now the reason some in my group will have had a bad experience. Some of the ordered entrees were forgotten by the kitchen. And then when the waitress went to have them try a second time they were forgotten again. I ended up receiving someone's omelette towards the end of the meal, which I didn't eat because I was stuffed and I didn't even order it. I poked at it though and it was clearly rushed as it was runny in the middle! Now if they want to review this place lower that's on them. My experience was pretty solid. The food was good for me, the price was super cheap, and the dining room had an amazing aesthetic.

For our company's 5 year anniversary, we decided to try Creations, at the Sawridge Inn for our celebratory lunch. We ended up booking into the more private Art Gallery room, and we had the most amazing 3-course meal and service was over the top. When we arrived, the tables were set and management and servers were waiting and ready. The food service was prompt, fresh and delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meal, and out of a group of 24 people, we received nothing but positive feedback. The servers are excellent, and were very friendly to talk to. I would recommend to all. We will definitely be back! Big thanks to Thomas, Daniel, Jessica and staff for being so accommodating.

Ordered the steak for $34 after nothing else appealed on the menu. It came perfectly cooked to a medium rare, but was a terrible quality piece of meat. My knife made sawing sounds cutting through it, and it was sinewy and tough. The vegetables accompanying it were a strange combination of beets and green peppers and were cold and bland. Service was ok, but slow seeing as we were the only table in for dinner. My table mates had similar experiences with their meals. One was told they did not have sweet potato fries, but there are sweet potato wedges on the menu. No effort was made to accommodate his preference or offer another option. Not a terrible meal, but definitely not a good one. Won't be back.

Had a business meeting here and overall really pleased with this place. The atmosphere is quiet enough for a business meeting, yet romantic enough if you want to have a date night. My colleague had the fish and chips and it was a very generous dish. I had the chicken club burger, the flavor was great, it even had deep fried pickles in it. The server was friendly and attentive. The only downside is that the train runs just outside the restaurant and when it passes you can feel the building shake.
