★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service from receptionist. Office needing to reschedule my booked appointment because the dentist was no longer available. Offered no flexibility to helping us rebook despite it was not our mistake. Asked about the type of the procedure that was performed at our last appointment for clarity but the receptionist said she didn't know and it was not on the chart (which would be concerning if the procedures performed on my kids were not clearly documented). Asked if she could find out and give us a call back but received nothing for the rest of the day. Disappointing service for the price the office charges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do a really good job here, so I'm starting braces for my son now. My daughter had a really bad over bite but you could see the progress she's made from starting her treatment here. Staff is very friendly and professional. I recommend coming here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my daughter's first dental experience, we're afraid that this could be a traumatic experience for her. It was really great that we brought her to this dental clinic, the dentist and all of the staff were very friendly and acomodating. I was really surprised that my daughter had a very good time and she was really excited to go back for her next appointment which is really rare for kids her age. The people here really know how to handle kids which is a major plus for us.

Holly was terrific with my son patient and attentive from prior visits at other dental clinics she knew how to calm his nerves and anxiety. Can’t say enough about Dr. Caldwell

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this office! As a foster parent with several special needs kids they are always patient and understanding. They know how to get cooperation from kids without problems. They don’t judge the condition of the kids teeth when they have already been through so much . Highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our first time visiting City for my daughter who got referred for 2 cavities. I was very pleased with the reception staff, and dentist. Everyone was so easy to talk too and more importantly professional. We got in for an appointment fast and my daughter had a consult and x ray and they even were willing to proceed with the cavity fillings if my daughter was willing. She has NEVER let anyone put the laughing gas mask on her and she let the dentist today. I was in shock. The quotes for pricing are very reasonable and I never once felt pressured or unsure. I highly recommend City orthodontics & pediatric dentistry. I'm so glad I found this clinic as i will not bring my daughter anywhere else now. Thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an amazing experience with Dr. Richard Caldwell and the staff. The clinic is clean and organized. Everyone is professional and friendly, my 5 year old daughter did not feel pain with the nitrous oxide solution. I definitely recommend going to this clinic for kids teeth.
