★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely incredible first experience with Ortho Place. My family dentist referred me to Ortho Place in Edmonton. I was his first referral to Ortho Place so he didn't have much to tell me about what I should expect.
Before I even made the 4 hour trip, the staff on the phone were very welcoming and walked me through what I should expect. When I arrived I was greeted with very polite staff and treated me as I was just as important as any other patient. They were prompt at getting me in for my scheduled time which is something that was of utmost importance to me having made the 4 hour drive specifically for the appointment.
While being treated, Dr. Singh was pleasant, caring and honest. She doesn't sugarcoat anything, but explains everything well and with reason. She spent extra time answering my questions as my issue was a bit more complex than I had dealt with in the past. These decisions I had to make will be life-changing for me, and it is easy to trust her opinion.
The front desk staff were once again very polite when giving me a quote to submit to my health benefits.
Oddly enough, I'm excited to go back for the number of visits I'll have to make regarding my condition. Highly recommend this place. Clean, friendly, comfortable and doesn't feel like a dentists office (which is a good thing)!! I don't like getting dental work done, but Ortho Place makes the experience a good one!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been chasing me for a late appointment fee because I failed to cancel before the appointment for some reasons which I thought is fine since if they’ve cancelled on me last minute before. I am left with 2 implants instead of 1 because the ortho made a mistake with the treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m beyond happy I chose to get my Invisalign at Ortho Place! From the start of my treatment to the end, Dr. Pereira was very hands on and involved every step of the way. I loved that he always took the time to explain what he was doing and never made me feel rushed… even when I had a bunch of questions. The assistants were so bubbly and fun, they made it a place that I can genuinely say I enjoyed going to. I would highly recommend to everyone, you are in good hands with them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a pleasure meeting Dr. Singh because of my frequent migraine as well as my TMJ issues. I am glad I did a visit, received my treatment and it was amazing! I don’t feel the pain on my TMJ anymore. But of course home self care is important and follow ups.
I also meet Dr. Pereira an Orthodontist Specialist and able to have instant ortho consult with him. He was very knowledgeable, very calm and approachable. He explains thoroughly the pros and cons of the treatment and what’s the best type of braces for my case and there is also clear aligners to choose.
Kudos to Dr. Singh, Dr. Pereira and all their team. My every visits are all worth it. I highly recommended Ortho Place for their amazing and quality treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor Pereira and his staff went beyond our expectations: as full time travellers, it was complicated to arrange a proper course of treatment for our daughter in the long term. But they managed to fit her in their busy schedule while we were in Edmonton, as well as to organize online follow up appointments, since we moved before the end of the treatment. They always have been very responsive to our messages and their fees were below the ones we found elsewhere. Not mentioning that they are super kind people that we had great pleasure to meet and talk to, each time. Icing on the cake, Dr Pereira can speak French and Portuguese :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being the owner it may seem biased but I’m proud of what I do and I couldn’t be anything else than an orthodontist. Giving the smile kids deserve to have to grow with confidence is so rewarding!
I’m in the orthodontic field for over 25 years and I still love it! Many of my little patients have grown and came back bringing their own kids to have the same experience they had.

From the first visit, it was clear that his knowledge as a specialist orthodontist far exceeded that of a family dentist.
