★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service and friendly staff. Highly recommend Craftsman Collison! My Hyundai Sante Fe was damaged in a collision. They were quick at assessing the damage and took the time to go over everything in detail. As soon as all the parts were in, she was put back together and painted. She looks as good as new! Couldn't be happier!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were professional and so so helpful! My car was damaged in an accident, and because it's older, the resale value is quite low. ICBC didn't want to fix my car even though it was in perfect working condition, but the team at Craftsman Collision argued my case for me and did a wonderful job replacing the side and front panels. It was an added bonus to have a good loaner car to drive while mine was in the shop.
Then, to top it all off, I was in the Starbucks drive through and the man in front of me paid for my drink. It turns out it was the manager at Craftsman who remembered my little car ?
