His report was also detailed and organized, that it was easy to follow afterwards. In addition to being quick to respond, easy to coordinate with, etc. Brad did an excellent job explaining things. As someone who has never owned a home before, it was incredibly helpful to have things "dumbed-down" so that I could understand. He pointed out everything I might need to know after closing (where things were, how to turn things on/off, etc.) and made me feel much more comfortable about something that can be a little nerve-racking. I recently needed a home inspection urgently, left quite a few voicemails to the home inspectors I could find online in the night. Then, Brad was the only one who replied to me in the next morning. After a short chat to understood my needs, Brad scheduled the visit for the next day morning. When he was working in my house, he was very quiet, I barely noticed any noise when I was working at the computer. After a few hours, he had addressed all my concerns around the house and also identified quite a few issues I totally had no idea about. He is very knowledgable and informative, he explained every detail to me in an easy to understand language and suggested the solutions I would need to fix the issues. After the on-site job, I received a very detailed and organized inspection report from Brad in the next business day. All in all, I'm 120% satisfied with the work Brad has done. Highly recommended!
