★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero customer service or care for the customer. Lost my job due to the 2nd wave of Covid so missed my first payment. When I get the bill they want to charge me more than twice the monthly payment just to cancel the policy. Tried calling my broker..well the system isn't working. Called the day after, no response. Called the next day.. asked to give them a day to find a solution. It's now been 7 days and still no response. Would highly recommend seeking insurance elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have the best price around, hands down. Don't know how they do it, but they are 40% cheaper than anywhere else I have shopped. And don't worry it's not a sham, my car got totaled a few years back and I got reimbursed the full value of the car with no headache. Julien is an excellent insurance agent with which I was always able to get good service without hassle. Even got to negotiate on their already very low price!
The fact that the rating of this company is so low in incomprehensible really.
