Se disent des courtiers alors qu'ils n'offrent pour ainsi dire que les produits Aviva. Et quand ces derniers ne veulent plus assurer pendant quelques mois, la maison inoccupée d'un proche décédé, leurs efforts furent pour ainsi dire nuls. Pas même le retour d'appel qu'il s'était engagé à faire pour me tenir au courant. Bref, si vous voulez une mauvaise division du service à la clientèle de Aviva, ne cherchez plus. Autrement, ce sont des pseudo-courtiers plutôt retors que je ne recommande à personne et que je ne souhaite à aucun endeuillé en charge d'une liquidation.
Tell them brokers when they only offer Aviva products, so to speak. And when the latter no longer wanted to insure for a few months the unoccupied house of a deceased relative, their efforts were virtually nil. Not even the return call he had promised to make to keep me informed. In short, if you want a bad customer service division at Aviva, look no further. Otherwise, they are rather devious pseudo-brokers that I do not recommend to anyone and that I do not wish on any bereaved in charge of a liquidation.

Excellent service si vous avez la chance de parler à un agent (plus facile si vous êtes un nouveau client). Si vous êtes client existant, armez-vous de patience! J’attends au téléphone depuis 1 heure 10 minutes et je n’ai pas encore parlé à un humain. J’avais envoyé un courriel à une agente samedi dernier mais nous sommes mardi et pas encore de réponse. Je prends possession d’un véhicule demain… si j’arrive à parler à un agent. Ce n’est pas la première fois que ça m’arrive dans les derniers mois. Je songe sérieusement à changer de courtier. Dommage parce que je suis cliente depuis 1989!
Great service if you have the chance to speak to an agent (easier if you are a new customer). If you are an existing customer, be patient! I've been on the phone for 1 hour 10 minutes and haven't spoken to a human yet. I emailed an agent last Saturday but it's Tuesday and no response yet. I'll pick up a vehicle tomorrow ... if I can speak to an agent. This is not the first time that this has happened to me in the past few months. I am seriously considering changing brokers. Too bad because I have been a customer since 1989!

I doesn't matter what time of day or which day you call you will be on hold for 20 mins minimum I left my name and number to get a call back and never did.

Why one star? Because they keep calling me on my cell phone, I am not with them, but when they call, they always ask for a person name Guy Belleau... I've told them 20 times that they have the wrong number and they keep calling me.. I'm tired of them not understanding this!!

Ask for Lyne Lalande !!! I did not expect to have such an honest, and phenomenal review-worthy experience from an insurance broker, to be honest. I ended up going with another Insurer because I was able to find a better deal but I can not stress enough that Lyne Lalande was amazing to communicate with. After I showed her what another insurer could offer me, she went back and tried to get me a better deal. because I am a first-time home buyer and have never had house insurance, I can understand why she wasn't able to offer my a better deal; she was honest and did not try to pressure me into making a decision....and, to be honest, it wasn't that much of a difference, it was about 50$ a year difference and the deductible was a bit higher. Once I can get a better rate with AGR, probably in a year, I will be switching based solely on my experience with Lyne. That's the kind of person I want to have on the other end of the phone when I call. :)
