★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pire compagnie d’assurance de la région de l’Outaouais. Sont les moins cher oui, mais le service est le moins bon également. Après plus de 28 semaines, je n’ai tjrs pas reçu mon chèque d’indemnité pour un vol dans ma remorque alors que j’ai fournis tous les documents demandés et que l’on m’a même offert mes choix de paiement. Même situation il y a 3 ans pour une réclamation. Éviter à tout prix.
 Worst insurance company in the Outaouais region. Are the cheapest yes, but the service is also the worst. After more than 28 weeks, I still have not received my compensation check for a theft in my trailer even though I provided all the required documents and even offered my payment options. Same situation 3 years ago for a complaint. Avoid at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been insured by promutuel for personal and business for roughly 10 years . So far service has been great at this particular branch. I recently was served by Benoit Lacasse who did his best to serve me as quick as he could. The timelines are Long for certain business insurances but that is not the branches fault but rather the insurance system.
