La première année, nous étions déçus du service reçu, mais nous avons décidé de faire une deuxième tentative à défaut de connaître une autre entreprise fiable... GRAVE ERREUR!!! Dès le début de la saison, nous avons été dans l'obligation de contacter à plusieurs reprises la compagnie pour obtenir un minimum de service. Notre petit terrain avait l'air d'un champs à l'abandon alors que les terrains de nos voisins et même ceux de la ville étaient entretenus sur une base régulière. Malgré le paiement total de la facture de 495$ +txs, Chuck Le Maître Paysager n'a en aucun cas respecté ses engagements envers notre Syndicat et nous ne sommes pas les seuls mécontents... Un conseil pour vous: NE FAITES PAS AFFAIRE AVEC CETTE COMPAGNIE!!! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY // VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY It has been two years since our Syndicate of Condominiums deals with this company for the maintenance of the ground in summer season. The first year, we were disappointed with the service received, but we decided to make a second attempt failing to know another reliable company ... SERIOUS ERROR !!! From the beginning of the season, we have been obliged to contact the company several times to obtain a minimum of service. Our small lot looked like a derelict field while the land of our neighbors and even those of the city were maintained on a regular basis. Despite the total payment of the invoice of $ 495 + txs, Chuck Le Maître Paysager has in no way respected his commitments to our Union and we are not the only ones unhappy ... A tip for you: DO NOT DO WITH THIS COMPANY !!!

Une fois que Chuck a encaissé notre paiement, nous n'avons plus entendu parler d'eux : ils ne sont pas revenus tondre notre pelouse, ne répondent ni à nos emails ni à nos appels téléphoniques, et ne renvoient pas nos appels lorsqu'on laisse un message vocal. Je déconseille fortement de faire affaire avec cette entreprise. Pour faire suite à la réponse du vendeur : en date du 15 septembre, nous n'avons toujours pas reçu votre remboursement et sommes de nouveau incapables de communiquer avec vous. Je réitère vivement ce conseil : ne faites pas affaire avec cette entreprise! Chuck asked us to pay our entire bill for mowing our lawn for the rest of the summer. Once Chuck cashed our payment, we did not hear about them: they did not come back to mow our lawn, do not answer our emails or phone calls, and do not return our calls when leave a voice message. I strongly advise against doing business with this company. In response to the seller's response: As of September 15th, we still have not received your refund and are again unable to contact you. I strongly repeat this advice: do not do business with this company!
M	Marjoe Villeneuve morin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mauvais pour la pelouse. Trop courte et brûlé par le soleil ou longue comme la prairie. Pas fiable. Et maintenant cette année pourri pour la neige. Je ne peu pas comprendre qu'un propriétaire ai un mauvais service avec une entreprise et la rappel 3 ans plus tard pour faire faire de la neige. Pas meilleur il on mis la neige en plein dans mon stationnement pour la troisième fois. J'ai dû appeler une autre compagnie en urgence pour venir enlever la neige avant que sa gèle. 3 tempête et les trois fois la même histoire. J'ai appeler 3 fois, dont 2 message et aucun retpur dappel. J'ai rencontré un des denneigeur l'autre jour. Il me donne comme excuse bidon que sa pelle de camion a lâché et que c'est pour cette raison qu'il a laissé la neige a cette endroit. Vraiment pas fort. Je me recommande pas du tout. Je ne donnerais meme pas une étoile. Bad for the lawn. Too short and sunburned or long like the meadow. Not trustworthy. And now this year rotten for the snow. I cannot understand that an owner has poor service with a company and the recall 3 years later to make snow. No better, we put snow right in my parking lot for the third time. I had to call another company urgently to come and remove the snow before it froze. 3 storm and three times the same story. I have called 3 times, including 2 messages and no call retpur. I met one of the snowmen the other day. He gives me as a phony excuse that his truck shovel dropped and that it is for this reason that he left the snow at this place. Really not strong. I don't recommend myself at all. I wouldn't even give a star.
