Un employé est venu a pris les mesures et nous a fait un devis, qu’on a accepté et donné un cash down pour réserver les arbres. Le jour j le monsieur arrive et nous dit qu’il faut 2 fois plus d’arbres et il ne sait plus comment il a calculé! Donc en gros on vous donne un prix et le jour même on vous met devant un nouveau prix pour sous tirer plus de sous!! C’est inadmissible. bien sûr nous avons tout annulé! Le monsieur très désagréable et a la limite menaçant. Très mauvaise expérience!

Suite aux travaux, j'ai aussi eu la chance de voir avec l'équipe ce qui a été fait pour confirmer que j'étais satisfait. J'ai fait appel à 3 compagnies différentes pour des soumissions et Symetric était la moins chère et avec le service le plus professionel et courtois. Je les recommande fortement! Very good service received for the size of cedar hedges, both in terms of communication and the size itself. Following the work, I also had the chance to see with the team what was done to confirm that I was satisfied. I used 3 different companies for quotes and Symetric was the cheapest and with the most professional and courteous service. I highly recommend them!

L	Lezem Med on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very not Professional sales service. They gave me a price a few weeks ago but didn't want to gave me an electronic version. I followed up a few weeks later and they gave me a new price of 250% (yes you are reading correctly) claiming that it's late summer and prices went up. Also tried to call them several time and wouldn't return my calls and when finally reached them they were more interested to talk about how they are professional service .... basically selling themselve instead of trying to help me and understand my needs. Very arogant and wouldn't recommend doing business with them.

They always tell me to wait until the fall, they will come and replace it. I have not heard anything from them this year again. I ended up replacing the trees myself.

This should of been done by a expert. The hedge needed extensive alignment. Took less than a hour of work. I left extremely disappointed and over charged.
