I still have a repurposed sari purse I bought from this store when I went to college. I used to love browsing this store if I had an extra hour to kill while waiting to catch a train or bus at the old Elizabeth street bus depot, which is also gone now. Memories...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If this place was a song, it'd be "Genius of Love" by Tom Tom Club. I'm not sure why I drew such a comparison - perhaps it's all in the wordplay, but I'd also argue that this place has some funk. In a cheerful, cheeky way that isn't so serious. It's very colorful and has a whole lot of random artifacts & collectibles, and of course, there's the vintage stuff as well.
One of my best friends loves this place, just for the wall hearts that she collects. It's quite cute. I personally am not too fond of this stuff as I'm trying to stray away from my hoarder tendencies, but they have some tacky jewelry that I'm partial to. It's quite affordable and reasonably priced for a high-quality vintage shop. You're bound to find something you at least kinda like. Fitting room in the back as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favourite vintage stores in Kensington market, Courage m Love has so much to offer its hard to know where to start. I guess the fact that it's been owned and managed by the same family for decades helps. You can find vintage designer shoes and purses as well as unique beads that are brought in from South East Asia.
The daughter is constantly creating unique pieces. These pictures are from a visit a while back but I wanted to include them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful store with lots and lots of artsty, cool, classy, unique stuff not to be seen anywhere else. I visited it for the first time and was pleasantly surprised with some of the unique items. They have interesting jewelry, buttons, boots, clothes, art pieces, vintage crockery and glasses, scarfs, hats, and so much more. Every corner of the store has eye-candy surprises. It's well worth a visit for all ages. A bit on the higher price but if one can't find those things anywhere else, then its worth shelling out some extra bucks.
